Terms and Conditions for Finch House Holiday Let
1. General Information Welcome to Finch House! We hope you enjoy your stay in our holiday let. These terms and conditions govern your booking and stay. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Capacity Finch House accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your stay without refund.
3. Health and Safety
- Finch House is equipped with smoke alarms for your safety. Please familiarise yourself with their locations and ensure they are not obstructed during your stay. Since the property utilises ground source heat instead of gas, there is no need for carbon monoxide alarms.
- The property features a heated hot tub. Guests are reminded that there is no lifeguard on duty; therefore, all users utilise the hot tub at their own risk. Please exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines.
4. Cooking Facilities Finch House includes a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction hob, cooker, kettle, toaster, and coffee-making machines. Guests are expected to use these appliances responsibly and as they would in their own home.
5. Parking Temporary parking is available nearby in marked areas. Vehicles parked in these spaces are done so at the owner’s risk. Finch House will not be liable for any theft or damage to vehicles or property during your stay.
6. Respect for Neighbours We kindly ask that guests be respectful to our neighbours. Please refrain from playing loud music or causing disturbances, especially during late-night hours.
7. Property Contents All contents of Finch House, including towels, linen, and bed coverings, must remain in the property. Removal of any items from the premises is strictly prohibited.
8. Booking and Cancellation Policy Once booked, all reservations are non-refundable. We recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover any potential changes to your plans.
9. Access to Property The keys to Finch House will be located beside the front door. A unique code to access the keys will be provided to you via email the day before your arrival.
10. WiFi Access Complimentary WiFi is available during your stay. The password for the WiFi network is displayed inside the house.
11. Liability Guests are responsible for their own belongings while staying at Finch House. We do not accept any responsibility for loss, theft, or damage incurred during your rental period.
